Nollywood actress Bukola Arugba criticized Kwara State First Lady Olufolake Abdulrazaq for describing the November 18 attack on a church in Eruku as merely “attempted,” arguing that the term downplays the tragedy.
In an Instagram video, Arugba said the attack was successful, leaving three worshippers dead and several others abducted, including the pastor. She revealed that three of her relatives—Evangelist Titi Balogun, Ebenezer Aina, and her cousin—were among the victims currently held by the attackers.
The actress called for accurate reporting and immediate government intervention, emphasizing the hospitalizations and verified deaths that occurred during the incident. The attack sparked widespread outrage on social media.
