The Ogun State Ministry of Justice has announced plans to prosecute Ademola Abiodun, popularly known as DJ Chicken, following multiple vehicular incidents that endangered the public.

On November 1, 2025, DJ Chicken crashed into two motorcycles in Sagamu, seriously injuring the rider and a female passenger, and reportedly attempted to leave the scene without showing remorse. Passersby intervened, and the police launched an investigation while prioritizing victims’ medical care.

The Ministry noted that DJ Chicken was involved in another crash on November 23, 2025, in Lekki, Lagos, marking his third accident in just two months. Officials warned that his repeated reckless driving posed a serious threat to public safety.

The Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Oluwasina Ogungbade, SAN, directed authorities to expedite prosecution, stating that DJ Chicken’s actions necessitate criminal accountability to protect the public.
