Islamabad – The Pakistan Kabaddi Federation (PKF) has imposed an indefinite ban on international kabaddi player Ubaidullah Rajput after he reportedly wore an Indian jersey and represented an “India-linked” team during a private tournament held in Bahrain earlier this month. The decision, announced following an emergency meeting of the federation on Saturday, underscores the strict disciplinary protocols enforced by sports governing bodies regarding participation in overseas events without proper approvals.

The PKF stated that Rajput had traveled abroad without obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC), a mandatory requirement for Pakistani athletes participating in international competitions.
