Parineeti shared a series of pictures capturing the essence of the day. In one frame, she is seen performing the moon-viewing ritual with the sieve (channi), smiling as she looks at Raghav through it while a diya is placed on the thali. Raghav, holding the thali, reciprocates the smile, creating a tender and intimate moment that perfectly showcases their bond. Another picture shows the couple seated together, sharing a candid, joyful interaction.
Adding a personal touch to her outfit, Parineeti wore a custom-made jutti that featured the initials of both her and Raghav’s names along with their wedding date, 24.09.2023. This special detail emphasized the couple’s celebration of both tradition and their own love story.

Karwa Chauth is a festival celebrated primarily by married Hindu women, especially in North India. This year, it fell on October 10, 2025. Women observing the festival fast from sunrise to moonrise without water (nirjala vrat) and pray for their husbands’ long life, health, and prosperity. Traditional celebrations often include dressing up in red attire, wearing elaborate jewellery, applying mehendi, and participating in rituals like the moon-viewing.

After dating for several years, Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha tied the knot on September 24, 2023, in a private ceremony at The Leela Palace, Udaipur, Rajasthan.
