Nigerian record producer and singer Pheelz has called on music fans to avoid comparing artists, emphasizing that such comparisons harm the industry.
In a recent post on X, Pheelz expressed concern over the increasing toxicity among fan communities, urging people to focus on enjoying music rather than creating rivalries. He stressed that every artist has a unique style that deserves recognition.
“Music was meant to be enjoyed, not to be compared. This comparison game is hurting the sound and culture more than we can ever know,” Pheelz wrote, encouraging fans to celebrate each artist’s individuality and distinct sound.
