New Delhi – The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has announced that it will host a massive series of ‘Hindu Sammelans’ across India beginning January 15, as part of the celebrations marking the organisation’s centenary year. A senior RSS functionary stated that the nationwide initiative aims to foster unity, social harmony, and a shared cultural identity among Hindus, while strengthening the organisation’s outreach to communities in both urban and rural areas.

The scale of the initiative is unprecedented. RSS officials have set a target of conducting over 100,000 conferences, known as ‘Hindu Sammelans,’ across the country.
