Spyro Boasts He’d Never Go Broke Even If He Stopped Making Music

Nigerian singer Oludipe David, popularly known as Spyro, has confidently declared that he wouldn’t go bankrupt even if he quit music, revealing that a significant portion of his income comes from performing at corporate events.

Speaking on the Adesope Live Show, the “Who Is Your Guy” crooner explained that his unique style of music makes him a favorite among corporate organizations and elite clientele.

“If I stop making music today, I’m made. A lot of people don’t know that because I don’t brag,” Spyro said.

He added, “I don’t really do industry shows; I focus on corporate shows. I’ve carved a niche for myself in the industry this way. I get booked by banks and prominent figures like Tony Elumelu every year for end-of-year events. They’re looking for clean music, maybe because children are going to be at the event, and only a few artists like me, Chike, and Johnny Drille fit that bill.”

Spyro further revealed that beyond his music earnings, he has invested wisely to secure his financial future, demonstrating that his wealth extends beyond just the stage.
