Teresa Giudice Announces Reconciliation with Joe and Melissa Gorga After Years of Feuding

After years of tension and drama, Teresa Giudice has revealed that she has made up with her brother Joe Gorga and sister-in-law Melissa Gorga, ending one of the most infamous feuds in Real Housewives of New Jersey (RHONJ) history. Teresa shared the news during BravoCon 2025 at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, where she was seen embracing Joe in a now-viral clip.

“We have all gotten together. I’m really grateful and I’m thankful,” the 53-year-old reality star said during the “Housewife2Housewife” panel on November 14, referring to the family members she famously clashed with over multiple seasons. The hug, captured on video along with Teresa’s husband Luis Ruelas giving Joe a kiss on the cheek, was met with cheers from fans.

Family Healing Extends to Teresa’s Children

The reconciliation seems to benefit the extended Giudice-Gorga family. Teresa’s eldest daughter, Gia Giudice, 24, told PEOPLE that reconnecting with her aunt and uncle felt “really good.” She added, “I’m looking forward to the path of rebuilding and just getting to a better place, which we already are in, so, yeah, it’s exciting. I’m really happy about it.”

RHONJ Future Remains Uncertain

Despite the joyful reunion, fans should not expect immediate news about the return of RHONJ. Executive producer Andy Cohen stated on November 13 that updates on the show’s casting and production would be announced when the timing and lineup are right. “We will announce something when the casting is right. We’re not gonna be backed into something that’s not gonna be great because the Jersey fans deserve greatness and we’re not there yet,” Cohen said.

Teresa also expressed hope that former cast members Dina Cantin and Jacqueline Laurita could return if the show comes back, signaling a desire for more family-friendly dynamics on future seasons.

The Long-Standing Feud

The feud between Teresa and Melissa, 46, has been a central storyline on RHONJ since Melissa joined in Season 3. It culminated during the explosive Season 14 finale, which featured the so-called “Last Supper,” a dinner where housewives aired grievances in separate rooms. Tensions were high as Teresa exchanged barbed remarks with Melissa, Rachel Fuda, and Margaret Josephs, while Josephs accused Jackie Goldschneider of hosting Teresa’s husband at her home in 2021.

Cast members admitted that the meeting had little effect on resolving conflicts. Melissa later confided, “Today’s meeting was a complete failure. Pretty much everybody’s walking out the same way they walked in. Zero resolution.”

BravoCon 2025 Celebration

The reconciliation at BravoCon 2025 provides a hopeful new chapter for the Giudice-Gorga family. The convention, held at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, runs through November 16 and features fan panels, exclusive previews, and opportunities for stars and viewers to connect. Teresa’s hug with Joe Gorga was a highlight moment, giving fans a glimpse of personal growth and reconciliation beyond the drama of reality television.

With family tensions eased, viewers may finally see a more harmonious RHONJ cast in future seasons, should the show return.
