Nigerian music stars Tiwa Savage and Yemi Alade have officially ended their seven-year-long feud, which began on social media when Alade criticized female entertainers for enhancing their curves, shortly after Tiwa shared photos showcasing hers.

The reconciliation took place on Thursday at the “The Price of Being Her” panel organized by Entertainment Week Africa in Lagos. During the event, Alade praised Tiwa for her strength and authenticity, saying, “You are literally walking in strength.”

Tiwa, visibly moved, shared a warm hug and sang with Alade, marking a public and emotional end to their long-standing disagreement.
