Celebrity influencer Tunde Ednut has alleged that actress Regina Daniels’ recent public outing with an alleged new boyfriend abroad prompted her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, to order the arrest of her best friend, Ann.

According to reports from DAILY POST, Ann was arrested on Monday by Lagos State police over allegations of theft and other claims reportedly made by the senator. The arrest occurred shortly after Regina Daniels was publicly seen with a new companion at a club.

In response, Ednut took to Instagram to urge Nwoko to move on and cease targeting Daniels’ family. He wrote:

“You don’t have to keep trying to arrest her family members all the time. It’s enough. We know you are powerful and influential, but it’s ok sir… At this point, you have to move on sir. She doesn’t want you anymore; just leave her and her family alone.”

Ednut suggested that the trigger for Ann’s arrest was likely a photo showing Daniels with her alleged new boyfriend, but he appealed to Nwoko to focus on his senatorial duties instead of personal matters.

“Sir, it’s time to let that girl go. You are a senator, sir, don’t forget you have work to do Ooo!” he added.

The post highlights the ongoing tensions between Nwoko, Daniels, and her inner circle, as well as public scrutiny over the handling of personal disputes involving prominent figures.
