Subsequently, he allegedly booked a hotel room and established physical relations with her, fraudulently presenting it as part of a promise of marriage. Allegations Against ASI Prakash

In addition to the claims against Sunil, the complaint also implicated ASI Prakash. The woman alleged that Prakash demanded sexual favours from her, further intensifying the severity of the accusations against the two officers.
