Eko Electricity Distribution Company (Eko Disco) has named Wola Joseph-Condotti as its new Chief Executive Officer, following the resignation of Rekhia Momoh, who led the company for nearly two years.
Before her appointment, Joseph-Condotti served as Group Managing Director and CEO of West Power & Gas Limited, the former core investor in Eko Disco and eight other energy subsidiaries. Her promotion comes at a strategic moment for the company, coinciding with a landmark ownership transition and heightened investor interest in Nigeria’s power distribution sector.
A recognised thought leader in the energy industry, Joseph-Condotti has a strong focus on renewable energy, sustainability, and carbon markets. She previously served as the pioneer Chief of Legal & Company Secretariat at EKEDP and held key roles including Head of Regulatory Compliance and Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer.
She holds a law degree from the University of Ibadan, an LLM from Harvard Law School, and an MBA from INSEAD Business School, bringing extensive legal, regulatory, and management expertise to her new role.
