Wossade Realty Sets Sights on Affordable Housing and Global Expansion

Wossade Realty, a real estate firm focused on affordable housing and international growth, was officially inaugurated in Ibadan by Chief Emmanuel Ogunaike.

The company was founded by Sefiyat Olaide, who credited her late mother, Wosilat Aremu, as the inspiration behind the venture. “My mother always dreamt of building, but she wasn’t able to. Today, we are transforming her dream into generational wealth,” Olaide said.

Raised by her sister and brother-in-law, Olaide developed the skills and work ethic that shaped the business. Initially launched in the United States, Wossade Realty has now expanded its operations to Nigeria, with plans for international growth in the coming years.

Chief Ogunaike, a U.S.-trained livestock pioneer, was praised for his mentorship and contribution to both Ibadan’s economy and Nigeria’s agricultural sector. The inauguration celebrated family legacy, resilience, and faith, underscoring the company’s mission to provide quality, affordable housing while building a lasting global presence.
