The Asiwaju Mandate Group (AMG) has launched a statewide series of grassroots engagements in Ondo State to strengthen its political structure, mobilise supporters, and highlight President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s achievements ahead of the 2027 general elections.

On Tuesday, AMG held simultaneous Local Government meetings across all council areas, with Ward-level meetings set to run from Wednesday through Friday in the state’s 203 wards.

The initiative is fully backed and funded by the Honourable Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, in support of grassroots political development and the Tinubu administration’s agenda.

AMG’s Director General, Asiwaju Olumuyiwa Asagunla, described the meetings as a “deliberate and structured effort to stabilise the organisation, reinforce internal cohesion, and maintain continuous engagement across the state.”

He noted that the programme is part of AMG’s broader mission to consolidate support for President Tinubu’s mandate and ensure communities remain informed about his reforms, policies, and transformative initiatives.
