Popular businessman BLord has once again extended generosity to his hometown, purchasing 3,000 bags of rice to share with members of his village, Ebenebe, in Anambra State, ahead of the Christmas festivities.

The socialite announced the gesture on his Instagram page, posting a video of a trailer offloading the large quantity of rice. He explained that unlike previous years—when he focused on distributing cash—he wanted this year’s outreach to be different.

According to BLord, he is determined to ensure that every member of his village enjoys rice during the Christmas celebration. He was also seen assisting in unloading and arranging the bags in preparation for distribution.

BLord’s Philanthropy

This isn’t the first time BLord has supported his community in a big way. In past years, he covered JAMB registration fees for village youths and shared various holiday gifts during the festive season.

Sharing the motivation behind this year’s initiative, BLord said:

“It’s that time of the year when we show love. The theme of this year’s Christmas is love. Last Christmas we were sharing money; this year we are sharing 3,000 bags of rice. The whole of Ebenebe is going to eat rice because the number of people in my village isn’t up to 3,000…”
