Afropop sensation Chiké has surprised a dedicated female fan with a cash gift after discovering he was her most-streamed artist of the year on Spotify Wrapped.

Spotify recently released its annual Wrapped report, showcasing users’ listening habits and top artists. Among those who shared their results was a fan identified as Ope on X (formerly Twitter). She posted a screenshot showing she had listened to Chiké’s music for an impressive 36,341 minutes, placing her in the top 1% of his global listeners.

Despite her loyalty, Ope jokingly lamented that the singer had overlooked her, writing:
“You totally ignored your top 1 listener 😭 It is well. I even did an art piece for you.”

Her post eventually caught Chiké’s attention. Clearly moved, he replied by asking for her bank details:
“Good morning! Your bank, please! ❤️”

Although Chiké didn’t disclose the exact amount he sent, the gesture quickly went viral. Inspired by Ope’s experience, other fans began sharing their own Wrapped statistics in hopes of receiving similar recognition from the artist.
