First Lady Congratulates Ogun Deputy Governor Salako-Oyedele on 60th Birthday

Nigeria: First Lady Oluremi Tinubu has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Deputy Governor of Ogun State, Noimot Salako-Oyedele, on her 60th birthday, praising her as a role model for women and a dedicated public servant whose contributions have positively shaped the Gateway State.

In a goodwill message marking the diamond jubilee, Senator Tinubu joined Salako-Oyedele’s husband, family, the Ogun State Government, friends, and well-wishers in celebrating the milestone.

The First Lady commended the deputy governor’s commitment to public service and her instrumental role in advancing development in Ogun State alongside Governor Dapo Abiodun, stating:
“Your dedicated service in contributing to the development and progress alongside the Governor of the ‘Gateway State’ is commendable.”

Senator Tinubu also prayed for Salako-Oyedele, asking Almighty Allah (SWT) to bless her with continued health, wisdom, and grace to sustain her impactful work for the people of Ogun State.
“You are indeed a pride to the womenfolk,” she added.

Salako-Oyedele, an engineer by profession, has served as deputy governor since 2019 and is widely respected for introducing professional discipline and administrative rigor to governance in Ogun State.
