Award-winning actress Funke Akindele has released the official trailer for her upcoming drama, Behind The Scenes, a film that delves into themes of pain, resilience, and healing.

Scheduled for nationwide cinema release on December 12, the movie promises to connect with audiences through its powerful narrative. Akindele described the film as a story of “truth, pressure, healing, and everything we don’t say out loud.”

A special London premiere is planned for December 4 at Odeon Greenwich, offering fans an exclusive first look at the film.

Akindele wrote, “Some stories don’t just entertain… they reveal the parts of us we hide. BEHIND THE SCENES is for anyone who has ever smiled through pain, carried invisible battles, or kept showing up even when it was hard. It’s a story about truth, pressure, healing, and everything we don’t say out loud.”

She added that tickets for the London premiere are now available and encouraged fans to watch the film in cinemas across Nigeria from December 12.
