The HOW Foundation has partnered with Palmars Hospital, Port Harcourt, and SYNLAB Nigeria, Lagos, to provide free prostate cancer screening as part of its commitment to advancing men’s health and promoting early detection.
The initiative targets men aged 40 to 65, who register this month to receive free screening. Registrations from January will be offered at a 50% discount, making preventive healthcare more accessible.
The foundation emphasized that prostate cancer is a common but often under-discussed health concern among men, and early detection is key to better outcomes.
“This initiative is part of our broader Prostate Cancer Awareness Campaign, which encourages open conversations about men’s health, promotes preventive habits, and strengthens community partnerships to expand access to essential healthcare services,” the foundation stated.
Members of the public are encouraged to register and take advantage of this opportunity. More details are available on the HOW Foundation website: www.thehowfoundation.net.
