The Third Asher Praise Concert is scheduled for December 27 at the Solution Arena, Onipanu, Ikorodu Road, Lagos, promising thousands of worshippers an evening of repentance, revival, and deep worship engagement. The 2025 edition carries the theme: “The Breaking – Court of Repentance.”
Founded by Adegoke Adedamola, the Asher Praise Concert has grown into a spiritual and cultural movement, blending music, revival, and community impact. This year’s lineup features some of Nigeria’s most influential gospel artists, including Sunmisola Agbebi-Okeleye, celebrated for her youthful worship style, and Favour Ojo, renowned for her gentle, angelic tone.
Other performers include Olayinka Erinle, Tunde Ara, Joanna Obasi, and rising talent Naomi Odukoya, while Tosin Bee will lead high-energy praise sessions, creating a balanced worship experience from solemn moments of repentance to joyful celebration.
Beyond music, the concert maintains its tradition of compassion-driven outreach. Under the “Do You Love Me?” initiative powered by the Rose in the Desert Foundation, 200 widows will receive food items and relief materials during the event.
A special prayer session for “kingdom financiers”—believers committed to advancing the gospel through their resources—will also take place, following what organisers describe as divine guidance during the planning process.
Notably, the 2025 edition features a strong representation of female ministers, reflecting a posture of humility and obedience to spiritual prompting. The sermon will be delivered by Pastor Victor Oba, focusing on themes of repentance and restoration, inspired by the Book of Joel.
Organisers said the concert continues to offer worshippers an opportunity for spiritual renewal, while also extending tangible support to the vulnerable in the community.
