Terrorists have launched coordinated attacks in Kwara State, targeting Agbeku (Ifelodun LGA), Memudu (Irepodun LGA), and Obate (Asa LGA).

• In Agbeku, one resident was killed and others abducted.
• Memudu saw three people kidnapped, a day after the Ojibara of Bayagan, Alhaji Kamilu Salami, was abducted from his farm.
• In Obate, Mrs. Rasheedat Suleiman was taken by about 20 armed men, with a ransom of N20 million reportedly demanded.
• Another attack along Koro road resulted in the abduction of farmer Annas Aasanru by armed gunmen wielding AK-47s and cutlasses.

Residents are living in fear, calling on security agencies and the state government for urgent intervention. These incidents follow the recent release of 38 kidnapped worshippers in Eruku, Kwara.
