Luke Littler Headlines Premier League Darts 2026 Line-Up

World champion Luke Littler will be the star attraction in this year’s Premier League Darts 2026, leading a competitive line-up that includes Jonny Clayton, Stephen Bunting, Gerwyn Price, and debutant Josh Rock as wildcards.

The 16-week tournament kicks off on 5 February in Newcastle and promises to deliver thrilling darts action ahead of the finale at London’s O2 Arena on 28 May 2026.


Key Players in Premier League Darts 2026

The competition will feature several of the sport’s biggest names:

  • Luke Littler – aiming for his second Premier League title after winning the World Championship last week
  • Luke Humphries – defending champion, who beat Littler 11-8 in last year’s final
  • Michael van Gerwen – Dutch darts superstar and top-four world-ranked player
  • Gian van Veen – making his Premier League debut, recently defeated by Littler in the World Championship final
  • Wildcards: Jonny Clayton, Stephen Bunting, Gerwyn Price, Josh Rock

As the current top four in world rankings, Littler, Humphries, Van Veen, and Van Gerwen were automatically included in the group stage of the invitational event, while the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) selected the remaining four spots.

Each league night will follow a best-of-11 legs format, featuring:

The top four point scorers over the 16 weeks will progress to the grand finale at the O2 Arena, where the 2026 champion will be crowned.
