
MTN Nigeria has emerged a major winner at the Consumers Value Awards (CVA) 2025, held at Ijakadi Hall, Radisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja GRA, clinching four key awards and cementing its reputation as a consumer-favourite telecom provider.
The awards, themed “Beyond Prices: Consumer Trust, Digital Experience & Brand Accountability,” were organised by BrandXchange and determined through a transparent consumer voting process. MTN’s victories include:
- Best Green Energy Adoption by a Company – 53% of nationwide consumer votes
- Best Customer Service Telecoms Brand – 54% of votes
- Most Reliable Internet Service Provider – 66% of votes
- Best CSR Initiative by a Corporate Brand (MTN Foundation) – 73% of votes
