Prophet Abel Boma Warns of Danger to VDM, Calls for Prayers

Prophet Abel Boma has issued a disturbing prophecy concerning social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), urging his supporters to pray fervently for his safety.

The cleric revealed that the vision, which he claims came from God, is the third time he has received a similar message, suggesting ongoing threats to the activist’s life. According to Boma, the repeated nature of the vision indicates unresolved danger surrounding VDM.

In a video message shared online, the prophet said he saw VDM wearing an original gold wristwatch when an unknown individual allegedly attempted to forcefully take it from him. During the struggle, the attacker reportedly warned VDM that he would be the last person the activist would ever accuse.

Boma described the alleged assailant as another activist, fair-skinned and bulky in appearance. He claimed that after the altercation, VDM fell, was rushed to the hospital, and later expressed confusion about what was happening to his body. The prophet urged fans and well-wishers to continue praying for VDM’s protection.

Reactions to the prophecy have been divided. While some supporters pledged to pray for the activist’s safety, others questioned the credibility of the cleric, citing past controversial prophecies.

Prophet Boma, however, insisted that his visions should not be ignored, noting that some of his previous prophecies — including events surrounding the death of Uma Ukpai in 2024 — were later believed by followers to have come to pass. He has also previously shared prophetic insights about public figures, including an Arise News anchor.

As the prophecy continues to stir debate online, VDM’s supporters remain split between calls for prayer and skepticism toward the message.
