Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Photographed in Prison for the First Time, Nearly 4 Months After Conviction

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been photographed for the first time inside prison, following his conviction on federal sex crimes.

The 55-year-old music mogul was snapped on October 31, 2025, in the yard of the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Fort Dix in New Jersey. Combs had been transferred to the low-security facility the day prior to serve the remainder of his 50-month prison sentence for two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

In the first photos, obtained by TMZ, Combs is seen wearing a dark blue jacket and beanie, sporting a full white beard, and looking pensively into the distance. He is housed in a dormitory-style unit alongside other inmates.

Prison Life and Meals

At FCI Fort Dix, Combs’ daily meals follow the standard prison menu:

  • Breakfast (6 a.m.): Fruit, hot oatmeal, whole wheat bread with jelly, coffee, and skim milk
  • Lunch (11 a.m.): Chicken fajitas, cilantro rice, black beans, whole kernel corn, fruit, and a beverage
  • Dinner (4 p.m.): Roast beef or lentils, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables with brown gravy, whole wheat bread, margarine, and a beverage

The facility also offers the Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP), and U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian has recommended Combs be considered for any available substance-abuse programs.

Legal Background

Combs was arrested on September 16, 2024, at a Manhattan hotel. He was convicted in July 2025 of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution but acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering charges, which could have carried a life sentence.

During sentencing in October, prosecutors had requested an 11-year prison term, citing that Combs appeared “unrepentant,” while his defense requested 14 months or less. His lawyers have filed an appeal, and a two-page court document was submitted on October 20, 2025.

According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Combs is projected to be released on May 8, 2028, though good behavior could allow for early release.
