Senator Ned Nwoko Alleges Regina Daniels’ Friend Procured Abortion, Administered Drugs

Delta North Senator Ned Nwoko has defended the arrest of Izugbe Ann, a close friend of his estranged wife, Regina Daniels, accusing her of defaming him and allegedly administering illegal substances and procuring an abortion during their marriage.

The arrest, which occurred in Abuja two weeks ago, remains a subject of controversy after Regina Daniels publicly criticized Nwoko’s actions.

In a statement shared on social media, Nwoko claimed that Ann had spread false allegations online, including accusations that he physically abused his fifth wife, Laila, during her pregnancy, which he denied. He further alleged that Ann procured an illegal abortion for Regina Daniels and administered substances, including marijuana, that led to the loss of her unborn child.

“She procured an illegal abortion for Regina, sourced and administered illegal substances on her,” Nwoko stated, emphasizing the legal and moral seriousness of the alleged actions.

The senator insists that the arrest is necessary to hold Ann accountable for these claims, highlighting the high-profile nature of the case and the public attention it has drawn.

Meanwhile, public discussion continues to swirl around the matter, fueled by the prominence of the individuals involved and ongoing debates about the allegations.
