Serenity Royale Hospital in Abuja has refuted the authenticity of a medical report purportedly linked to Regina Daniels, the estranged wife of Senator Ned Nwoko.

The hospital clarified that the report’s circulation did not originate from them and urged the public to disregard the claims, emphasizing their strict adherence to medical confidentiality.

In an official statement, the hospital said:

“DISCLAIMER! Our attention has been drawn to a post (an alleged MID TERM HOME DETOX REPORT) circulating online in the name of Serenity Royale Hospital concerning Mrs. Regina Nwoko. We wish to state clearly that the publication and circulation of the said post, containing classified information, did not emanate from us. We respectfully request the public to disregard it.

We remain committed to high-standard medical practice and uphold strict medical confidentiality.”

The report in circulation alleged that Regina Daniels had undergone a detoxification programme and tested positive for substances including marijuana, cocaine, and high levels of alcohol. Serenity Royale Hospital has dismissed these claims as false and unverified.
