Reality TV star Mercy Eke, winner of Big Brother Naija Season 4 (2019), has shared how she continues to stay in the public eye years after her win. Speaking in a recent interview with Odira Ndubuaku, Eke credited her ongoing relevance to discipline, hard work, and seizing every opportunity that comes her way.

“I am still relevant because I put in the work, I have never turned down any money. Also, I mind my business a lot. I work hard. I wake up with purpose. Some people wake up, they don’t have things to do. But I always have a clear picture of what to do every day,” Mercy said.

The reality star explained that even if a brand offers her slightly less than her rate, she accepts it, seeing it as content creation and an opportunity to stay visible. “If a brand comes to me and my rate card is 10,000 Naira and they offer me 8,000 Naira… I’ll take it. It’s just content and posting, and I mind my business a lot,” she added.

Unlike some reality TV stars who fade from the spotlight after their initial fame, Mercy Eke attributes her sustained success to focus, perseverance, and a clear daily routine, which allows her to maintain relevance in the competitive entertainment industry.
